Stem Cell Therapies for Neurological Disorders: Challenges to Clinical Translation 2011

Bernard Siegel will provide a presentation relating to stem cell advocacy, public awareness and how the advocacy agenda intersects with commercialization and regulatory challenges. This one day scientific conference will address and focus on the utilization of stem cell research and applications for neurological disorders. It will acknowledge the breakthroughs and successes along with the latest advances, as well as offer active discussions regarding the existing barriers that have limited additional successful application of stem cell therapies in neurological disorders. Additionally, there will be a session with stem cell experts from other disciplines to further expand on their successes and barriers to stem cell therapies that could potentially lead to new concepts and innovations.
